No, it’s not but that company is leveraging a very powerful technic called remarketing. When a potential customer visits their website a small piece of data is collected about this particular visit. Now, this potential customer will start seeing ads for the specific product or service they spent the most time looking at.

Companies that do not use remarketing are leaving money on the table. They could be converting more people into buyers and customers, but they are not using this tool to remind people of their unique offer.

You can remarket based on people who visit a certain webpage or take a particular action on your website. For example, you could retarget people who add an item to their cart but do not complete their purchase. You could also retarget people who visit your "work with us" page. 

Follow Up with Your Clients

This is the best way to market because it allows you to follow up with that customer. You can create ads that show up to the same people who already showed interest in your business. This allows your product or service to stay “top of mind.”

These ads serve as a friendly reminder to a person to complete their purchase because we all have interruptions and chaos happening in our lives.
